WordBook（字裡行間）由一個人開發。有任何問題、錯誤回報或建議，請寄到 candanweng@gmail.com，通常一到兩天內會回覆。

回報問題時，如果能附上這幾項會快很多：使用的裝置與系統版本、發生問題的那本書和玩法，以及當時的畫面截圖。

常見問題

我換了手機／重灌了 App，完整版要怎麼拿回來？

「設定 → 完整版 → 還原購買」，或在付費牆上按「還原購買」。用同一個 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號登入即可，不需要重新付費，也不需要任何帳號或收據。

我的書和進度會跟著一起回來嗎？

不會。App 沒有伺服器，也沒有帳號，所有內容只存在你自己的裝置上。換機或刪除 App 之後，書架、進度、統計、成就與摘句本都要重新開始。這是「不收集任何資料」的代價。

贊助開發者會解鎖功能嗎？

不會。「設定 → 關於 → 贊助開發者」裡的三個項目純粹是自願的心意，不會改變 App 的任何行為，也不會解鎖完整版。要解鎖功能請購買完整版。

完整版是訂閱嗎？

不是。完整版是一次性買斷，不會自動續訂，也不會有任何後續扣款。

匯入 EPUB 失敗怎麼辦？

App 支援標準的 EPUB 2 與 EPUB 3 檔案。有 DRM 保護的檔案（例如從其他電子書商店買的書）無法開啟，這是檔案本身被加密，不是 App 的問題。PDF 與 mobi 目前不支援。

如果是沒有 DRM 的 EPUB 仍然打不開，歡迎寄信告訴我，附上檔案的話我可以直接查。

線上書庫連不上？

書庫的書目來自 Gutendex，檔案來自 Project Gutenberg，兩者都是外部服務，偶爾會有維護或連線問題。除了瀏覽書庫之外，App 其餘功能完全離線可用。

每日挑戰的連續天數斷了？

連續天數以你的裝置時區為準，跨過一整天沒有完成當天的題目就會歸零。手動調整裝置時間不會補回已經斷掉的紀錄。

要怎麼清除全部資料？

「設定 → 關於 → 清除所有資料」會清空書架、進度、統計與摘句本。已購買的完整版不受影響，重新還原即可。刪除 App 同樣會清掉所有資料。

App 不收集任何個人資料。詳見隱私政策。

WordBook is made by one person. For any question, bug report or suggestion, write to candanweng@gmail.com — replies usually come within a day or two.

When reporting a problem, these details make it much faster: your device and OS version, which book and puzzle type it happened in, and a screenshot of what you saw.

Common questions

I changed phones or reinstalled. How do I get the full version back?

Settings → Full version → Restore purchase, or tap "Restore purchase" on the paywall. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and it comes back at no cost — no account, no receipt needed.

Do my books and progress come back too?

No. The app has no server and no accounts; everything lives only on your own device. After switching phones or deleting the app, your shelf, progress, statistics, achievements and commonplace book start over. That is the cost of collecting nothing.

Does sponsoring the developer unlock anything?

No. The three items under Settings → About → Sponsor the developer are purely voluntary. They change nothing about how the app behaves and do not unlock the full version. To unlock features, buy the full version.

Is the full version a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

An EPUB will not import.

The app reads standard EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 files. Files with DRM — books bought from other ebook stores, typically — cannot be opened, because the file itself is encrypted. PDF and mobi are not supported.

If a DRM-free EPUB still will not open, write to me; send the file and I can look at it directly.

The online library will not load.

The catalogue comes from Gutendex and the files from Project Gutenberg, both outside services that occasionally go down for maintenance. Everything except browsing that library works fully offline.

My daily streak reset.

The streak follows your device's time zone: miss a full day without finishing that day's passage and it goes back to zero. Changing the device clock by hand does not restore a streak that has already broken.

How do I clear everything?

Settings → About → Clear all data empties the shelf, progress, statistics and commonplace book. A full version you have bought is unaffected — just restore it. Deleting the app clears everything as well.
