CoreVocab 核心字庫 使用條款

1. 授權協議

CoreVocab 核心字庫（以下稱「本 App」）透過 Apple App Store 發行，你使用本 App 時適用 Apple 的標準使用者授權合約（Standard EULA）：

本頁是在標準 EULA 之外的補充說明；兩者有衝突時，以 Apple 標準 EULA 為準。

2. AI 產生的內容可能有錯

本 App 的例句、中文翻譯與答錯時的解析，有一部分是由裝置上的 AI 模型（Apple Intelligence 或 Google 的 Gemma 模型）自動產生的。AI 可能會寫出不自然的句子、有多個正確答案的題目、錯誤的字義或翻譯。請把這些內容當作學習參考，不要當成權威的字典或教材；重要的用法請再查證。

3. 回報有問題的卡片

如果發現卡片有錯，可以在揭曉答案後點「這張卡有問題」並選擇原因。被回報的卡片不會再出現，該題也不會算進統計。回報只記在你的 App 裡，不會自動傳給開發者；如果想讓我知道，歡迎寫信到 candanweng@gmail.com。

4. 購買

「解鎖完整版」是一次性的買斷項目，付款、退款與回復購買都透過 Apple 處理，適用 Apple 的相關條款。

5. 第三方服務與內容

• 預設的線上發音使用 Microsoft 的語音服務；服務是否可用由 Microsoft 決定，無法使用時 App 會改用系統語音。
• 本機模型由 Google 提供、從 Hugging Face 下載，依其本身的授權條款使用。
• 內建字典資料來自 ECDICT，以 MIT 授權條款釋出。

1. License agreement

CoreVocab: English Vocabulary ("the app") is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA):

This page adds a few notes on top of the Standard EULA. If anything here conflicts with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

2. AI-generated content may contain mistakes

Some of the app's example sentences, Chinese translations and explanations of your mistakes are generated automatically by an on-device AI model (Apple Intelligence or Google's Gemma model). AI can produce awkward sentences, blanks with more than one correct answer, or wrong meanings or translations. Treat this content as a study aid, not as an authoritative dictionary or textbook, and double-check usage that matters to you.

3. Reporting a problem card

If a card looks wrong, tap Report a problem with this card after the answer is revealed and choose a reason. A reported card won't appear again, and that answer won't count toward your stats. Reports stay in the app on your device and are not sent to the developer automatically. If you'd like me to know about it, email candanweng@gmail.com.

4. Purchases

"Unlock full version" is a one-time purchase. Payment, refunds and restoring purchases are all handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

5. Third-party services and content

• The default online pronunciation uses Microsoft's speech service. Its availability is up to Microsoft; when it isn't available, the app uses system voices instead.
• The local model is provided by Google, downloaded from Hugging Face, and used under its own license terms.
• The built-in dictionary data comes from ECDICT, released under the MIT License.
