1. 本條款的對象

本條款是你與 candan（以下稱「我們」）之間關於《三國：烽火圍城》（以下稱「本遊戲」）的協議。下載或使用本遊戲即表示你同意本條款。

App Store 另有 Apple 的媒體服務條款，其中的「授權使用者規則」同樣適用於本遊戲。若兩者有衝突，以對你較有利者為準。

2. 授權範圍

我們授予你一份個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的授權，在你擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上安裝並遊玩本遊戲。

你不得：

反組譯、還原工程、拆解本遊戲，或試圖取得其原始碼
修改本遊戲、製作衍生作品，或破解付費解鎖機制
出租、出借、轉售、再授權或散佈本遊戲
將本遊戲的美術、音樂、文案或程式碼抽出作其他用途

本遊戲是授權使用，不是出售。所有權與智慧財產權仍屬於我們。

3. 購買與付款

本遊戲免費下載，第一關（1-1 桃園結義）免費試玩。其餘內容需一次性購買解鎖。

解鎖完整版：一次性買斷，非訂閱制，不會重複收費。購買後永久有效。
支持開發者：選購性小額贊助，可重複購買。它不解鎖任何內容，純粹是自願支持，不影響遊戲難度、進度或任何機制。

所有交易由 Apple 處理並適用 Apple 的條款。價格由我們設定、由 Apple 依你的帳號所在地區換算為當地幣別。

恢復購買：換裝置或重新安裝後，使用同一個 Apple ID 在付費牆或設定頁點「恢復購買」即可還原完整版。「支持開發者」是消耗性商品，依 Apple 規則不在恢復範圍內。

4. 退款

退款一律由 Apple 處理，我們無權代為受理或核准。請至 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。

若你因為遊戲有缺陷而想退款，也歡迎先寫信告訴我們——我們或許能直接修好它。

5. 你的存檔

本遊戲是單機遊戲，所有存檔都在你的裝置上（見隱私權政策）。我們沒有你的存檔備份，也無法為你還原。

若你開啟了 Game Center，同步到 Apple 的只有成就解鎖狀態與無限模式的最佳成績， 存檔本身不會上傳，因此 Game Center 不是備份，換裝置後無法用它還原進度。

刪除 App 會一併刪除存檔。若你在意進度，請確認已啟用 iOS 的裝置備份。

6. 內容性質

本遊戲是以《三國演義》為題材的二次創作。歷史人物、事件與情節皆經過改寫以服務遊戲設計，不代表史實，也不應被當作歷史資料引用。遊戲的核心玩法正是「改寫歷史」，因此許多結局與正史相悖，這是設計意圖。

本遊戲分級 12+，含暗殺、下毒、戰爭與政治迫害等主題，但無圖像化的暴力或性內容。

7. 免責聲明與責任限制

本遊戲以「現狀」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對本遊戲的不中斷、無錯誤或符合特定用途作出擔保。

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們就本遊戲所負的全部責任，以你為本遊戲實際支付的金額 為上限。

上述限制不排除法律上不得排除的責任（例如因故意或重大過失造成的損害，或消費者保護法賦予你而不得以契約排除的權利）。

8. 條款變更

我們可能修訂本條款。重大變更會更新頁首日期並於 App 更新說明中告知。變更後繼續使用本遊戲即視為接受新條款。已完成的購買不受影響。

9. 準據法

本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響消費者依法向其住所地法院起訴的權利。

1. Who these terms are between

These terms form an agreement between you and candan ("we", "us") regarding *Three Kingdoms: Lockdown* (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to them.

Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply, including the Usage Rules for licensed applications. Where the two conflict, whichever is more favourable to you prevails.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on Apple devices that you own or control.

You may not:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Game, or attempt to derive its source code
Modify the Game, create derivative works, or circumvent the purchase unlock
Rent, lend, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Game
Extract the Game's art, music, text, or code for any other purpose

The Game is licensed, not sold. Ownership and intellectual property remain with us.

3. Purchases and payment

The Game is free to download, and the first stage (1-1, *Oath of the Peach Garden*) is free to play. The remaining content requires a one-time purchase.

Full version unlock: a one-time purchase. Not a subscription. You will not be charged again, and the unlock is permanent.
Support the developer: an optional tip that may be purchased more than once. It unlocks nothing and has no effect on difficulty, progress, or any game mechanic.

All transactions are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. We set the price tier; Apple converts it to your local currency based on your account's region.

Restoring purchases: after changing devices or reinstalling, tap "Restore purchase" on the paywall or in Settings while signed in with the same Apple ID. The developer tip is a consumable product and, per Apple's rules, is not restorable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple; we cannot accept or grant them on your behalf. Please use reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you want a refund because something in the Game is broken, do also write to us first — we may simply be able to fix it.

5. Your save data

The Game is single-player and all save data lives on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We hold no backup of your saves and cannot restore them for you.

If you enable Game Center, only achievement unlock state and Endless mode best results are synced to Apple — your save data itself is never uploaded. Game Center is therefore not a backup and cannot restore your progress on a new device.

Deleting the app deletes your saves. If your progress matters to you, make sure iOS device backups are enabled.

6. Nature of the content

The Game is a work of fiction based on *Romance of the Three Kingdoms*. Historical figures, events, and outcomes have been rewritten to serve game design. It does not represent historical fact and should not be cited as a historical source. Rewriting history is the core mechanic, so many endings deliberately contradict the historical record.

The Game is rated 12+. It contains themes of assassination, poisoning, warfare, and political persecution, but no graphic violence or sexual content.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Game is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.

Nothing above excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms. Completed purchases are unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without affecting a consumer's statutory right to bring proceedings in the court of their own domicile.
