Wallbum（專輯牆）由一個人開發。有任何問題、錯誤回報或建議，請寄到 candanweng@gmail.com，通常一到兩天內會回覆。

回報問題時，如果能附上這幾項會快很多：使用的裝置與 iOS 版本、發生問題的那張專輯（以及它是串流的還是已下載的），以及當時的畫面截圖。

常見問題

牆上是空的，什麼都沒有。

先確認系統「設定 → 專輯牆 → 媒體與 Apple Music」是開啟的。權限沒問題但牆仍是空的，表示你的 Apple Music 資料庫裡沒有專輯 —— 在 Apple Music 裡聽過不等於加入資料庫，要按過「加入資料庫」那一張專輯才會出現在這裡。

為什麼只看得到 50 張？

免費版的牆上最多鋪 50 張專輯。捲到牆的最底會看到解鎖的說明，一次買斷就沒有上限了。除了張數之外，免費版的功能是完整的。

我換了手機／重灌了 App，買過的完整資料庫要怎麼拿回來？

捲到牆的最底，按「支持開發者」或解鎖卡片打開購買畫面，再按「恢復購買」。用同一個 Apple ID 登入即可，不需要重新付費，也不需要任何帳號或收據。

按了「恢復購買」卻說沒有可以恢復的購買。

多半是登入的 Apple ID 跟當初購買的那一個不同。到系統「設定 →〔你的名字〕→ 媒體與購買項目」確認一下。家人共享的購買也要用購買者的帳號才恢復得回來。

支持開發者會解鎖功能嗎？

不會。那三個金額純粹是心意，不會改變 App 的任何行為，也不會解除 50 張的上限。要解除上限請購買「完整資料庫」。

完整資料庫是訂閱嗎？

不是。一次買斷，不會自動續訂，也沒有任何後續扣款。

點了專輯卻跳出「需要 Apple Music 訂閱」。

串流 Apple Music 曲庫裡的專輯需要有效的訂閱。已經下載到裝置上的專輯、以及你自己匯入資料庫的檔案不受影響。這個訂閱是向 Apple 買的，不是向我們。

有些專輯沒有封面。

那些專輯在 Apple Music 的資料裡就沒有封面圖，App 會放一格中性的灰色佔位。自行匯入的檔案若沒有嵌入封面，也會是這樣。

畫面轉成橫向之後變成另一個樣子。

那是 Cover Flow —— 橫向時的另一種瀏覽方式，中央那張放大、兩側後傾。轉回直向就回到牆。兩邊的位置是接著的：牆上捲到哪裡，轉過去就從哪裡開始。

要怎麼調整一排放幾張？

在牆上用兩根手指縮放。2 到 4 欄，會記住，下次打開就是上次的欄數。

動畫太多了。

打開系統「設定 → 輔助使用 → 動作 → 減少動態效果」。光暈的脈動與 Cover Flow 的 3D 旋轉會關掉，換成單純的淡入淡出與平面輪播，功能一項都不會少。

佔了很多儲存空間。

封面快取最多約 200MB，滿了會自己從最久沒用到的開始丟。要立刻清空的話，刪除 App 再重裝即可 —— 已購買的完整資料庫不受影響，重新「恢復購買」就好。

When reporting a problem, these details make it much faster: your device and iOS version, which album it happened with (and whether that album is streamed or downloaded), and a screenshot of what you saw.

Common questions

The wall is empty.

First check that Settings → Wallbum → Media & Apple Music is on. If permission is fine and the wall is still empty, there are no albums in your Apple Music library — having listened to something in Apple Music is not the same as having added it. An album shows up here once you have added it to your library.

Why can I only see 50 albums?

The free version puts up to 50 albums on the wall. Scroll to the bottom of the wall and you will find the explanation and the unlock — one purchase, no limit afterwards. Apart from the count, the free version is complete.

I changed phones or reinstalled. How do I get the full library back?

Scroll to the bottom of the wall, open the purchase screen from the unlock card (or from "Wallbum · Support the developer"), and tap "Restore purchases". Sign in with the same Apple ID and it comes back at no cost — no account, no receipt needed.

Restore purchases says there is nothing to restore.

Usually the Apple ID signed in is not the one the purchase was made with. Check under Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases. A purchase shared through Family Sharing also has to be restored from the buyer's account.

Does supporting the developer unlock anything?

No. Those three amounts are purely voluntary. They change nothing about how the app behaves and do not lift the 50-album limit. To lift it, buy the full library.

Is the full library a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

I tapped an album and it says an Apple Music subscription is needed.

Streaming an album from the Apple Music catalogue requires an active subscription. Albums already downloaded to the device, and files you added to your library yourself, are unaffected. That subscription is bought from Apple, not from us.

Some albums have no artwork.

Those albums have no cover image in Apple Music's own data, so the app shows a neutral grey placeholder. Files you imported yourself will look the same if no cover is embedded in them.

The screen turns into something else in landscape.

That is Cover Flow — the landscape way of browsing, with the centre album enlarged and the ones beside it angled back. Turn the phone upright and the wall returns. The two are linked: wherever you had scrolled to on the wall is where Cover Flow starts.

How do I change how many covers fit across?

Pinch on the wall with two fingers. Two to four columns, remembered between launches.

Too much animation.

Turn on Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion. The pulsing glow and Cover Flow's 3D rotation are replaced by plain cross-fades and a flat carousel; no feature is lost.

It is using a lot of storage.

The artwork cache holds about 200MB at most and discards the least recently used files once it is full. To clear it immediately, delete and reinstall the app — a full library you have bought is unaffected; just tap "Restore purchases" again.
